Directions:
Steam Chicken breasts until cooked. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry in a bowl. Lay frozen vegetables on the bottom of a large casserole dish. Strip apart the chicken, and lay on top of veggies. Put the cream mixture on top, then bread crumbs and shredded cheese. Cover it with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes.

- 4-5 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 family size can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of mayonnaise (a little less, if desired)
- 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice (don't over do)
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 medium bag of frozen mixed vegetable
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 bag shredded cheese
