Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose baking mix (like bisquick)
  • 1 (12-oz.) package chocolate chips, divided
  • Directions
    Mix together peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla in large bowl. Add brown sugar and mix until combined. Add baking mix and 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Mix just until moistened. Spread mixture in a lightly greased 9x13 baking pan.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes (do not over bake). Remove from oven and sprinkle evenly with remaining chocolate chips; let stand 5 minutes or until chocolate melts. Spread melted chocolate evenly over top. Cut into squares. Let chocolate harden before serving.
