Ingredients
- 8 oz. dry macaroni
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 plus cups of shredded cheddar
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups of milk (approximately)
- 1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
- 2 cups cubed ham
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2 1/2 quart shallow baking dish and set aside. Cook macaroni according to package, drain well, put in baking dish. Add butter, egg, and salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Add about 3 cups of cheddar and ham, stir. Pour enough milk to cover macaroni. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle bread crumbs and more cheddar on top. Bake for 10 minutes and ENJOY!!
