Ingredients

• 1 package white or yellow cake mix
• 2 packages (small) instant pistachio pudding mix
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup club soda (or water)
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1 1/2 cold milk
• 1 envelope dream whip

Cake Directions
Combine cake mix, eggs, club soda, vegetable oil, pecans, and one package of pudding in mixing bowl. Stir together and pour into 2 round cake pans or 1 angel food pan. DO NOT grease pan(s) and DO NOT turn pan over if using angel food pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes (two layers) or 45 minutes (angel food pan).

Frosting Directions
Combine milk, dream whip, and second package of pudding in deep bowl. Beat slowly to blend and gradually increase speed to high. Whip until soft peaks form (4 - 6 minutes). For creamier frosting use whole milk.
