- Mexican Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
1 cup picante sauce
1 cup diced onion
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheese
tortilla chips
Directions:
Brown meat and onion. Mix soup, rice, and picante sauce together with the meat and onion. Place crushed tortilla chips at the bottom of a casserole dish, and put meatloaf mixture on top. Top with cheese and cook for 20- 45 minutes at 350.
