- 2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix (follow directions on box)
- 1 lb. cooked sausage
- 1 can corn (drained)
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups grated cheese (cheddar or colby)
- 1 can Rotel (choose the spice)
Mix cornbread according to the directions on the box. Then add sausage, corn, cheese, and Rotel. Stir everything together and palce in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. Goes great with soup and salad!
