Ingredients:
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 4 tablespoons of sour cream (add more or less to taste)
- 4-5 cups of pasta (cooked)
- 23 tablespoons water (depending on your preferred sauce thickness)
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
Directions:
Cut chicken breasts into small cubes and cook in a skillet. In a large pan, add cooked pasta, chicken, and soup and cook on low. Stir ingredients together and start adding sour cream to taste. Add salt pepper, parsley and water to taste. Simmer and serve.
