Hello,
God is Good!
Our little boy is growing like a weed, he is now 3 and a half months and quite entertaining and such a big boy!
In the picture of us together we were on our way to Grace church for their Fourth of July Festivities. Tommy did really well. He enjoyed the fireworks, too. He was so stimulated by the bright colors, it was so fun to celebrate with him in my arms and my husband by our side. Tommy is such a blessing. Like every mom, every little thing Tommy does makes his father and I very proud. I find myself just hanging out with him for hours practicing the alphabet, laughing together, reading, and having bath time.
Tommy is now rolling over very easily, and drooling all over the place. He is so cute. I can't believe I think drool is cute, but it is. His latest accomplishment has been his ability to sit up all by himself. He's also holding his own bottle. Whew... that helps a lot.
Right now little Tommy is sleeping on his Daddy's belly. That is just the sweetest thing, seeing a father and his infant son bonding. It is true what they say, you never know what motherhood will feel like, until you're there. It's better than I ever thought it would be. Every time I see that little smile, or hear his giggle I stop for just a second and enjoy the moment. It's one of the best feelings in the world.
Thank you for letting me share my adventures in motherhood with you. Also, thank you for the wonderful feedback. All of your advice helps. In fact, because of a mother that has gone before me, Tommy is sleeping though the night. Oh what a wonderful day!
Until next time,
Take care and God Bless.
