1. WHO MAY PLAY
Must be at least 18 years of age or over. Legal photo ID required. Contest open only to legal Oklahoma residents except employees of Cox Enterprises, Inc. and it's partially and fully owned subsidiaries and participating sponsor(s) and the immediate families of those employees. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. No other local radio company employees may play. A person may only win once during this contest and only one winner per household. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. All federal, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

2. CONDITIONS OF WINNING
Official rules are available at the Spirit 102.3 (KKCM) studio at 7136 South Yale, Suite 500, from 8:30am-5:30pm (CST) Monday through Friday. By entering the contest, contestants give permission for their name, photo and/or voice to be used for promotional purposes without compensation. Winners must sign promotional release form as condition of receiving prize. Winner is responsible for all taxes. Prizes must be claimed in person, by the actual winner, at the Spirit 102.3 (KKCM) business office within 30 business days or be forfeited. Winners are not eligible to win again with this contest on Spirit 102.3 (KKCM) for 30 days.

Spirit 102.3 (KKCM) will not be responsible for loss of service to the call-in line or for a contestant's failure to reach the call-in line due to malfunction of any network or system, congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call. In the event of interruption of power or telephone service to Spirit 102.3(KKCM) during the call-in period of the "The Spirit 102.3 Family Name Game" and prior to accepting the winning caller, the call-in period affected by the interruption may or may not be replayed at the resumption of service, at Spirit 102.3's sole discretion. The use of automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer assisted dialing equipment is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

3. CONSTRUCTION
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

4. SPONSOR
The "Spirit 102.3 Family Name Game " is sponsored by Spirit 102.3 (KKCM d.b.a. Cox Radio, Inc.). The decisions of Spirit 102.3(KKCM) regarding the selection of winners, the interpretation of these Official Rules and all other aspects of The Spirit 102.3 "Family Name Game" shall be final and binding in all respects. Spirit 102.3(KKCM) will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to The Spirit 102.3 "Family Name Game" . 5. METHOD OF ENTRY FOR PRIZE
Each weekday (except holidays) Spirit 102.3(KKCM) will encourage the audience to listen throughout the day for various names to be announced. When a name is announced listeners will be asked to call (918) 286-1023 to win a prize specified at that time. The first caller, who has a child with the designated name, will be chosen as the winner of the specified prize, provided that he/she is eligible to participate in the contest. Spirit 102.3 (KKCM) reserves the right to alter the contest execution at any time.

6. METHOD OF ENTRY TO SUBMIT NAMES
On Thursdays, and only on Thursdays, during the duration of "Spirit 102.3 Family Name Game"...names submitted by listeners through the website spirit1023.com will be used. These names will be selected at the sole discretion of Spirit 102.3.

7. OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. For the name of the winners, send a separate, self-addressed stamped envelope to: "The Spirit 102.3 Family Name Game" Winners, 7136 South Yale, Suite 500, Tulsa, OK 74136. Please include date in question. Rules are subject to change without notice. Winner will need proof of child's name on document presented in person before being awarded the prize. Winning child's name can be first or middle; any appropriate spelling will be accepted (Aaron, Erin, etc.) and must be a resident in the home of either parent and classified as a dependant.
